Our Basic Repair Service can bring your clothing back to life. We can mend broken seams, replace zippers or buttons, and even patch those pesky holes in your beloved jeans.
*The price includes the shipping cost to us.
How it works:
- Place your order: Select the repair service you need.
- Easy shipping: We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label to send your garment to our repair studio.
- Expert repair: Our skilled team will carefully repair your garment.
- Quick turnaround: Most repairs are completed within 10 business days.
- Return to you: We’ll ship your repaired garment back to you.
- Delays: If we encounter any delays, we’ll notify you via email.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 3 -18 business days after we receive your payment. Please note that this does not apply to pre-order items. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
How long do I have to return the purchased item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To make a return, please email us at hello@intu.store, and we will send you a return form to fill out and send back with your return package.
Can I speed up or delay the shipping of my order?
Of course, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible and will take your individual requests into account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery date.

To produce our clothing, we recover stock materials from closed clothing brands, sewing workshops, and production facilities.
All our products are made in accordance with the less waste principle, and the materials are mostly natural or recycled. By collaborating with local ateliers and EU suppliers, we ensure that our clothing has the lowest possible carbon footprint.
